quite safe as the population of the town is around 30 thousand and half of them are university students.

好き嫌いがはっきりわかれる田舎です。この街が嫌いで別のもっと魅力的な都市にある別の大学にトランスファーしてしまう人もいます。田舎が好きな人や短期滞在者にはいいと思います。車が運転できない人や東京での電車生活に慣れている人は気が狂うかもしれません。
