留学するためにはまずなにから準備をし始めるのがよいでしょうか。但し、英語力を伸ばすなど基本的なことは除く。後はホテルマネージメント、人権、宗教、歴史について主に学びたいと思っているのですがおすすめの大学を教えていただきたいです。

留学をするにあたり、目標を細かくしっかり立てておく事が大切だと思います。何年留学するか、どれ位の英語力を身に付けるか、大学進学をするか、又大学に進学するならば、その後OPT(Optional Practical Training)を希望するか、など。

アメリカで生きていくにあたり、自分で道を切り開いていくという精神的な決心が、英語力を伸ばすなどの準備より必要だと思います。

又学びたい事が決まっているのであればご自身で大学のリサーチをするのも良いかと思います。頑張って下さい！

まずは語学学校から、という事であればコネクトイングリッシュをご検討下さい。一般英語のクラスから始め、その後TOEFLクラスへ移り、大学へ進学していく生徒も多くいます。
なにもスコアを持ってなくてもコミカレに条件付きで入れますか? ELSを受けながら学部の授業を聞いて単位を取りたいです。そのようなコミカレを教えてください。

英語学校を併設しているコミュニティカレッジがあります。TOEFLのスコアを取らなくても英語学校でのコースを修了し、語学学校でのテストに合格すればそのままコミュニティカレッジに編入することなど可能です。
英語力不足、しかし四年間やり遂げたい場合、コミュニティカレッジから編入する方法か初めから四年制大学に入学するのか、どちらが良いのでしょうか?

コミュニティカレッジから編入する方法をお勧めします。留学生に限らず、大抵の生徒がコミュニティカレッジにて取れる単位を取得しその後4年制の大学に編入しています。
カリフォルニア州立大学はsatなどのスコアは必ず必要なのでしょうか? 正直toeflの勉強を第一に行なっているのでsatのスコアを取れるか不安です。

大学進学にあたりTOEFL又はIELTSのスコアが必要になりますが、SATのスコアは必要ありません。
高校卒業後の留学(大学・語学学校含む)を考えています。あまり時間がないように感じて焦っています。今一番にすべきことは何でしょうか?

こんにちは。焦る事は全く無いと思います。ある程度の時間をかけて留学先をリサーチするのは大切な事です。留学の目的は何ですか？どの位の滞在をお考えですか？目的が明確になった時点で、どういった学校に行くべきか、どんなエリアに住みたいかなどの選択範囲が狭まっていくのではと思います。
